Q2. How do I check my email?
A2. To check your email, if it is hosted through us, head to yourdomain.com/webmail, replacing “your domain” with your actual web domain name. Please note, your website may not be a “.com”. You may have to change this as well.
Q3. My email is not working, what do I do?
A2. To make sure that your email is working, check the webmail account by referring to the above question. If the webmail account is working but your mail client (example - Outlook) on your device or computer is not, chances are it is a setting with your mail client. If the webmail client is not working check to make sure that you are not over your allotted mail quota. If you are over, simply delete some mail and try again. Need more space for your mail? A6. Yes, as a standard, all of our websites that we build are up to date with the current website standards. As of April 21st, 2015 all of our websites feature a responsive design to conform to Google’s new definition of the term “mobile friendly”. Have a website that was built before that time?
